The NLSS HD Media Decoders and Gateways use HTTPS, which is a secure communication protocol, to exchange information with the web browser. In order for this communication to be trusted, an NLSS certificate needs to be installed once in the browser. The certificate remains stored in the browser for subsequent sessions.
The NLSS certificate can be downloaded to a PC via the link below, then installed in the browser.
